Background...

BCS offers full day (8:30am - 3:00pm) classes for Kindergarten through 8th Grade. Half day Kindergarten (8:30am - 1:00pm) is also available. Students learn in a traditional classroom environment, featuring dynamic student-teacher interaction in small classes. BCS facilities also include a full gymnasium and approximately 1.5 acres of grass playground with a variety of age appropriate play equipment.

See for yourself! A tour is the best way to find out about BCS. We only ask that you call us first to set up an appointment for your tour. Enrollment...

It is our goal to make the enrollment process simple and fast. However, parents must recognize that all steps of the enrollment process must be completed before your child can start attending classes. Therefore, it is best to start the process as soon as possible.

Full School Year
The enrollment process for a September entry in BCS is typically started by June of that same year. It is possible to start the process later.

Partial School Year
Students may enter BCS in the mid-year as space and circumstances allow.

Enrollment Process
Request an admissions packet from the BCS office. The admissions packet will guide you through the enrollment process. As part of the process, you will submit a completed Enrollment Application along with your registration fee. Admission to BCS is subject to the approval of the BCS Admissions Committee. Your child's previous school records are required before an admissions decision can be rendered. The Admissions Committee will act on your application in a timely manner and you will be informed of the decision. Upon acceptance into BCS, you will complete and submit the BCS Family Covenant. Your child will then be eligible to attend classes.

Please note, space is limited at BCS, so it is important to start the enrollment process as early as possible

Tuition...

Tuition and fees for the 2008-2009 school year are as follows:

Registration Fee $100.00 ($75.00 before May 1, 2008.)
The Registration fee is due at the time of application to BCS and is non-refundable.


Book and Supplies Fee $250.00 ($200.00 before June 1, 2008.)
The Books and Supplies fee is non-refundable.


Tuition (per child) $4500.00
Tuition is non-refundable except for extenuating circumstances that must be approved by the Board of Directors.

Note that all tuition and fees are subject to change at the sole discretion of the BCS Board of Directors.

Financial Assistance ...

BCS offers a variety of ways to help make Christian education a reality for every family. We realize that the costs involved in providing a Christian education can be a challenge.  However, remember that these costs are a short-term challenge that results in a life-long reward.

The types of financial assistance offered by BCS are shown below. Detailed information on each type of assistance can be obtained from the BCS office.

Preschool Continuation	Preschoolers enrolled 5 months or more	BCS Preschool $500 Kindergarten tuition credit
		Other Preschools $300 Kindergarten tuition credit
Childcare Tax Credit	Preschool and Kindergarten	Check with your tax professional to determine if your family is eligible for this credit.
